Drug Usage by Bottle ID Report
How to track dispensing records of inventoried bottles.
This Report is found under Start > Medical > Medical Reports > Pharmacy Reports or under the Medical Reports tab above the Medical dashboard > Pharmacy Reports. With this Report you can produce a printable and exportable Report using the following filters:
- By a specific bottle ID.
- By Status of Opened, Unopened and Finished or all Statuses.
- By Formulation or Active Ingredient of the drug. The lookup can help you find these.
- This will find notes recorded in the Usage Note section of the Usage History grid
The following is a Report for Opened bottles of Buprenex. Each bottle has its own page.
If printing the Report, you can save space by exporting it first.
