Because ZIMS is internet based, every time you open a new tab or edit something, your computer saves data and cookies in your temporary internet files. These can cause pages to sometimes come up blank or come up with errors. Clearing your cache on a regular basis will minimize or possibly eliminate these issues. There are several ways to do this depending on your browser.
