Creating Enclosure Lists allows you to save a list of enclosures for future batch actions, a great time saver.
Open the Enclosure module and select Your Enclosure Lists > Create new enclosure list:
1) List Name- must be unique within your enclosure lists
2) Select one or more enclosures - sourced from your enclosure tree. You can use the magnifying glass lookup to select if you want.
3) Allow others to edit this list - default is that the creator of the list is the only one who can edit the list (except for Local Administrator who can edit and remove all lists). Check this box if you want others to be able to edit this list. It will automatically be shared for others to use.
To use the list, select it from the dropdown using the arrow.
You can add enclosures to the list and delete checked enclosures from the list.
From the Actions menu you can edit the list name and privacy (editable or not) and delete the list. You can also perform Batch Actions. Check the enclosures you want to record batch data into. Select the action desired from the dropdown list and select if you want a Single entry or Custom entry for your action. The data entered will go into each enclosure record.
