The Ownership Transaction History grid is found in the animal/group record Details tab. The grid displays all institutions that have ever had legal ownership of the animal/group. The My Transactions tab only displays Ownership involving your institution. The grid can be exported to Excel or pdf and all of the columns can be sorted by ascending or descending order.

2.The transaction Term recorded by the institution in column 5

3.The institution that gave up ownership of the animal/group

4.The institution that the ownership went to

5.The institution that recorded the ownership transaction

The ownership history above is interpreted as:

2.On July 19, 2001, GREENVISC recorded a birth with BATTLE CR as the owner (this would be a birth in on loan)

3.On March 13, 2002, MILL MOUN recorded ownership of the animal as BATTLE CR

4.On November 20, 2002, SOUTHBEND recorded ownership of the animal as BATTLE CR

5.On December 05, 2002, SOUTHBEND recorded receiving ownership from BATTLE CR

6.On December 05, 2002, BATTLE CR recorded giving the ownership to SOUTHBEND

The green dots on the left indicates that both institutions involved in the transaction confirmed the transaction.

To understand the entire transaction history, you may need to compare this grid with the Physical Holding History grid. See Physical Holding History
