Physical and Ownership Grids
Open ZIMS Application- Go to Animals Icon-Click Search to bring up your collection-Then choose the animal you wish to bring into focus by clicking on the blue hyperlink.
With the Animal in focus-look below the Basic Info box and you will see-Physical Holder History and Ownership Transaction History-Click the arrow alongside both of these to expand the grid.
The grid will expand and show you under Physical Holder-where the animal has physically been. As an animal moves from facility to facility each physical move will be shown here.
Under Ownership Transaction History it will show you past and current ownership and any changes.
Notice that the information in each of these grids can be exported to an Excel file or a PDF file if you would like a hard copy of the data.
