LOST TO FOLLOW UP
The term Undetermined (Lost to Follow Up) will display as the Status in the animal record Basic Info grid for two types of dispositions:
- To Another Institution when the institution is not a Species360 member
- Undetermined/Indeterminate
Lost to Follow Up means that Species360 can no longer track the existence of the animal, we cannot “follow up” on it. Should the animal eventually end up at a Species360 member institution, the Lost to Follow Up Status would be changed to Alive.
